KATIE started playing tennis at the age of 3 years at Haddenham and Aylesbury Tennis Clubs representing Bucks county and south region as the number 1 player for 3 years. She also made it through to nationals under 12. Katie still continues to play in ladies and mixed first team tennis and the national division in ladies NCL.

She began as an assistant at Haddenham Tennis Club then moved to Halton Tennis Centre to coach whilst completeing her DCA qualifications. As well as working at Swanbourne School, she provides coaching on a community programme targeting children from the local primary and secondary schools as well as children from socially deprived areas and with various ethnic backgrounds.

In between tennis coaching Katie has gained a BSc Honours in Physiotherapy and a level 3 diploma in sports massage.
