Tennis Works

The programme runs for 48 weeks a year. Coaching is held at one of our three sites, Woughton Leisure Centre, Shenley Brook End School or Hazeley School.

The cost of the Talent Developement Programme will cover:

• Training sessions for the whole year
• Administration support
• Coach time at tournaments and matches
• Court Fees
• Floodlight Fees
• All coaching equipment – players must have their own racket

The payment method will be done on a monthly basis and the amount paid is dependent on the number of hours a week the player does.

Before any player joins the Talent Developemnt Programme the Academy Director, John Cavill, will personally speak with the parents and discuss how it will work for the player and family. All new players are put on a 2-month trial, which enables the team to assess whether the player is suitable for a long-term place in the squad.

One to two hours of individual lessons per month are also recommended. The individual lessons are paid directly to the coach at each session. Please do not include this cost on the monthly Standing Order. The cost for a one hour session is £30.
