Affiliated to the Lawn Tennis Association and the Milton Keynes Tennis League, has been a thriving members club for over 80 years. Situated in the pleasant surroundings of The Ancell Trust Sports Ground, the Club is run for the benefit of tennis players at all levels. We currently have and active membership of 300 adults and a strong junior section of 175 members.

SSLTC has nine outdoor courts – seven are all weather artificial “grass” courts and two are all weather hard courts. The seven "grass" courts are floodlit. In 2006 we opened our new permanent clubhouse. Located in the centre of the club's courts, it really has become the heart of the club with the upstairs viewing gallery commanding great views of all courts. The clubhouse of course has a smart new kitchen, changing rooms, professional's office and large club room. Upstairs there is a second large club room that also can be used for functions or meetings.

It is the function of club night to welcome new members to the club regardless of race, sex, or religion. Some young players are allowed to attend supervised adult club nights (subject to the recommendation of the senior coach and the approval of the committee) both to aid the development of their tennis and encourage their continued participation in our sport. All players should be made aware of the club rules and etiquette which is held in the ClubMark binder in the clubhouse.
